BEAR HAIR VIET NAM RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bear Hair Viet Nam, your satisfaction is our paramount priority. We understand that occasionally, a product may not fully meet your expectations. Therefore, we implement a clear and transparent return and exchange policy to safeguard your rights and ensure a seamless experience.

1. Product Return and Exchange Conditions

Customers may request a product return or exchange within 07 (seven) days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be intact, unused, unprocessed (e.g., not dyed, permed, straightened, or cut), with original tags and packaging securely sealed.
  • The product must show no signs of damage caused by the customer (e.g., tangled, burnt, soiled, unusual odors).
  • Customers are required to provide the original purchase invoice or a valid transaction confirmation from Bear Hair Viet Nam.

2. Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a product return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Us: Within 07 days of receiving your order, please promptly contact Bear Hair Viet Nam’s customer service via Hotline: 0868938166. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Step 2: Confirmation & Guidance: Our dedicated team will verify your request and provide detailed instructions on proper product packaging and the return shipping address. Please do not send the product back before receiving confirmation from us.
  • Step 3: Ship the Product: Kindly return the product to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your returned item.
  • Step 4: Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection against our return conditions. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

3. Refund or Product Exchange Policy

  • For Product Exchange: If the product meets all eligibility criteria, you may exchange it for another product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference). If the replacement product is of lower value, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
  • For Refund Requests: If a suitable replacement product is unavailable or if you prefer a refund, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • In cases where the product is defective due to manufacturing error or a mistake by Bear Hair Viet Nam (e.g., wrong item shipped, item not as described), we will fully cover all two-way shipping costs for the return or exchange.
  • In cases where the customer wishes to return or exchange for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, disliking the color), the customer will be responsible for all two-way shipping costs.

5. Non-Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products returned after 07 days from the receipt date.
  • Products that have been used, have had tags removed, or are not in their original condition.
  • Products damaged due to customer’s fault.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales explicitly stated as non-returnable.
